Clay Wyatt
Pastor
Clay is a native of Albany, Georgia. He holds degrees from the University of Mobile, Beeson Seminary, and is pursuing his Doctorate in Ministry at New Orleans Theological Baptist Seminary. He married his beautiful wife, Bailey, in 2021.
Clay was the pastor to students and volunteers at Dayspring Baptist in Mobile from 2020-2025. At the end of his time at Dayspring, he sensed God’s call to plant a church in Orange Beach. The Wyatts moved here full-time in November of 2025 to start Palms Community Church.
In his spare time, Clay enjoys date nights with Bailey, cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs, playing basketball, reading theology, and traveling to new places. His passion is to preach God's Word faithfully, see people saved, and to mobilize the Church to carry out the Great Commission.

Ryan Jackson
Worship Leader
Ryan serves as the worship leader at Palms Community Church. He holds a degree in worship leadership from the University of Mobile and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Wheaton College (IL). Ryan has served on church staffs in worship ministry for over 10 years, including six years in a full-time role as the worship leader at Dayspring Baptist Church in Mobile, Alabama. He is passionate about authentic worship and helping create environments where people feel free to express their adoration of God through singing.
Outside of his role at Palms, Ryan works as an associate licensed counselor, walking with people through difficult seasons and helping them understand how their stories and past experiences shape their present lives. He and his wife, Savannah, share a deep passion for helping others understand God’s true character. In his free time, Ryan enjoys watching a wide variety of sports and spending time on the water fishing from his kayak.
